Some decisions happen quietly. A conversation reaches its conclusion, a family looks at one another, someone smiles, a pen moves across a page. And then, at The Grand Shubh Carnival, a bell rang. Once, twice, three times.
For two days, on 8th and 9th August 2026, Radisson Blu, Jaipur became the setting for something that went beyond a conventional real estate event. It became a place for conversations, discoveries and celebrations, and for many families and investors, the beginning of a new association with The House of Shubhashish. There were projects to explore and possibilities to understand, of course. But what stayed with us were the people, their questions, their reasons, their excitement, and the sound of that bell every time another decision turned into a new beginning.
The Grand Shubh Carnival was envisioned not merely as a space where projects would be displayed, but as an experience that introduced visitors to the larger world of The House of Shubhashish. As guests entered, they were welcomed into a specially created Brand Gallery, a journey through the brand before it became a conversation about a particular home or investment. Visual storytelling, project displays and carefully designed communication allowed visitors to move at their own pace: some stopped in front of a project visual, others studied the models, and many simply walked through, absorbing the story before sitting down with our team.
That was precisely the idea. Because before discussing floor plans and locations, there is another question every serious homebuyer eventually asks: who am I choosing to build this journey with? The Brand Gallery gave visitors a glimpse into that answer.
Inside the Carnival, visitors could discover multiple residential and commercial possibilities from The House of Shubhashish. Visitors found themselves discovering the many worlds we have built. Shubhashish Marina brought its waterfront address to life, a different, more fluid expression of luxury living along the water. Shubhashish Prakash spoke to contemporary family living, built for the everyday rhythms of a growing household. And at Shubhashish Forest, our community of ultra-luxury villas on Ajmer Road, guests walked through the story of a home wrapped in more than 51,000 trees and a 120-metre lake, where no common walls, private elevators and expansive terraces come together to deliver something we consider the rarest luxury of all: absolute privacy. Alongside our residential offerings, the Carnival also opened the door to commercial possibilities through Shubhashish Emporium and our newly introduced Shubhashish High Street Plaza.
But the conversations rarely stayed limited to specifications. A family might begin by asking about the size of a residence and soon find themselves discussing how their parents would use the space. An investor might initially ask about a commercial opportunity and then spend time understanding the surrounding development and its long-term potential. Someone else might simply want to know which one was right for them. Those were the conversations that gave the event its character, because real estate decisions are rarely made through information alone. They are made when information begins to make sense in the context of someone's life.
Throughout the two days, our team spent time interacting closely with visitors. There were presentations, project discussions and walkthroughs, but there were also many unhurried conversations across the tables. Families spoke about what they were looking for in their next home. Investors discussed what mattered to them before committing to a property. Business owners explored commercial possibilities, and many guests came carrying questions they had perhaps held onto for weeks or months.
Our objective was never simply to answer them quickly. It was to understand where those questions were coming from. For some, the priority was lifestyle; for others, location; for another family, it was space, privacy, or the comfort of knowing their decision would continue to feel right years later. A meaningful property decision often begins long before the paperwork, it begins when people feel comfortable enough to talk. The Grand Shubh Carnival created that space.
And then came the moments that changed the energy of the room. A discussion concluded, a family made its choice, a booking was confirmed. These were never treated as routine transactions. When guests decided to become part of The House of Shubhashish during the Carnival, our teams came together with them for a cake-cutting ceremony. For a few minutes, brochures and paperwork gave way to applause, photographs, smiles and congratulations, bringing warmth to a moment that could otherwise have ended with nothing more than a signature.
Afterwards, we spoke to our new customers, not about the next document or another transaction, but simply to ask what made them choose us. The answers led to some of the most valuable conversations of the entire event: people spoke about the projects, the vision, the way their questions had been addressed, and the confidence they felt after interacting with the team. For us, those conversations mattered as much as the booking itself, because understanding why someone chooses The House of Shubhashish helps us understand what we must continue to protect.
After the cake was cut and the moment celebrated, there was one more small ritual. A bell stood at the event, and every guest who completed their booking was invited to ring it, not once, but three times. At first, it was simply a celebratory gesture. Soon, it became one of the most recognisable sounds of the Carnival. Three rings would travel across the room, and almost instinctively, people would look up. Someone had just made a decision. Someone had just chosen a home. Someone had just begun a new journey.
For the person holding the bell, it was a moment of celebration. For the family standing beside them, a memory. For our team, it meant something slightly different: it represented trust. A signature stays on a document. The sound of a celebration stays in the room.
The Grand Shubh Carnival was also built around the idea that an important property decision deserves an experience to remember. Among the special privileges associated with bookings made during the two-day Carnival was an exclusive gala dinner with legendary cricketer Kapil Dev on an upcoming grand event, adding another memorable dimension to an event already centred around celebration and new beginnings. Purchasing a home or making a significant investment is not something most people do every day, these are milestones and milestones deserve memories around them. That thought stayed with us throughout the Carnival, from the welcome inside the Brand Gallery to the conversations across our tables, from the cake-cutting celebrations to those unmistakable three rings of the bell.
By the evening of 9th August, the Carnival had gathered its own collection of small stories: a family returning for a second conversation after visiting the previous day, someone standing over a project model and asking one last question before deciding, families discussing possibilities over refreshments, teams explaining plans across tables, new customers celebrating with cake, and phones coming out each time it was time to ring the bell. These are not always the moments that appear in an event statistic. But they are the moments that define an event.
An event can be planned down to the smallest detail, the venue, the gallery, the displays, the models, the seating, the hospitality. But eventually, what gives an event its energy is the people who walk through its doors. Over 8th and 9th August, families, investors, entrepreneurs and well-wishers spent time with us at Radisson Blu, Jaipur. Some came to explore, some came with specific questions, and some left having taken a step they had perhaps been considering for a long time. That is what made these two days special for us, not simply that people came to meet The House of Shubhashish, but that they stayed, questioned, understood, celebrated, and in many cases, chose to begin their next chapter with us.
To everyone who joined us at The Grand Shubh Carnival, thank you for bringing your aspirations, your questions and your trust into the room. And to every family that rang the bell, we hope those three rings were only the first of many beautiful moments to come. Because every Shubh beginning deserves to be celebrated.
