A Journey Rooted in Vision

The story of The House of Shubhashish began in 2018 with 36 premium villas in Jaipur, and each year since has added a fresh chapter. In 2020, Shubhashish Geeta Phase-I raised the bar with 57 luxury villas. Phase-II followed in 2021 and reached completion a remarkable ten months ahead of schedule, a milestone that reflected our commitment to timely delivery. The momentum continued in 2022, as Phase-III and Phase-IV introduced a grand central park and a suite of modern amenities.

From there, our ambitions grew even bolder. The year 2023 welcomed the early handover of Phase-II alongside the launch of Shubhashish Prakash, our most luxurious offering to date. In 2024, Phase-II of Prakash arrived to an enthusiastic response. The following year brought two landmark debuts: Shubhashish Marina, our exclusive waterfront residences, and Shubhashish Forest, a collection of luxurious triplex villas complete with pre-installed lifts, solar power, and covered car parking.

Our newest launches have carried this legacy forward with equal pride. Shubhashish Prakash Success Vista, Shubhashish Marina Aqua Vida, and the Forest Trails at Shubhashish Forest each received a wonderful welcome from our valued customers. Today, with four delivered projects, four ongoing projects, and more than a million square feet developed, our journey continues to flourish.
