21 Jul 2026 / Subhashish Homes
On July 11, we formally inaugurated our new corporate headquarters, The House of Shubhashish. The ceremony brought together our leadership, our teams, and the partners and guests who have stood with us through the years, and it marked a defining moment for the group: a permanent home that reflects who we are and where we intend to go.
This headquarters went from plan to completion in just seventy-five days, a schedule that demanded tight coordination between our architects, engineers, contractors and in-house teams. Delivering a corporate campus of this quality within that window called for disciplined planning, quick decision-making and a standard of execution we are genuinely proud of. During the ceremony, our Founder and Chairperson, Mr. J.K. Jajoo, personally acknowledged the individuals whose effort made the deadline achievable, and our Board of Directors extended their appreciation to every member of the project team. For us, the seventy-five day build is more evidence of a principle we apply across our residential projects as well: committed timelines, honoured in full.
The office itself speaks the same language as our communities. The interiors are modern, uncluttered and warm, balancing premium finishes with practical, people-first planning. Natural daylight reaches deep into the workspaces, greenery runs through the interiors, and energy-efficient and water-wise systems operate throughout the building.
Sustainability at our group extends well past a design preference; it is a certified standard. The Indian Green Building Council awards its IGBC Platinum rating only to projects that achieve the highest level of environmental performance, covering energy efficiency, water conservation, indoor air quality, material selection and site planning. One of our residential developments, Shubhashish Geeta, holds this Platinum recognition. For our residents, the rating translates into lower utility costs, healthier indoor environments and communities planned around green cover.
Our new headquarters carries that same philosophy into daily operations, so the standard we promise our customers is the standard we work inside ourselves.
Beyond the celebration, the headquarters serves a clear strategic purpose. It brings the operations of Shubhashish and BKJ Airports together under one roof, creating a consolidated base for JK Jajoo Ventures. Housing both businesses in a single campus allows our teams to collaborate across functions, share expertise in real time and hold consistent standards across two very different industries: the craft-led world of luxury real estate and the precision-driven world of aviation ground handling.
The practical benefits are already visible.
Decisions that once travelled between offices now happen across a corridor, shared services such as finance, people operations and technology serve both businesses from one platform, and the leadership team stays close to every function it guides.
Addressing the gathering, our Executive Director and CEO, Mr. Mohit Jajoo, outlined the roadmap this consolidation supports, including continued milestones in sustainable development and the group's planned expansion into luxury hospitality. A single, well-designed base gives that roadmap the operational backbone it needs.
The evening closed with music, fine dining and easy conversation among colleagues and guests, and the sentiment in the room was straightforward: this is a beginning rather than a conclusion.
We regard July 11 as the foundation for the group's next phase, and the new headquarters as the base from which our upcoming projects, partnerships and expansion plans will be driven. We thank everyone who joined us for the inauguration and everyone whose work brought the building to life. Our new home is ready, our direction is clear, and we invite you to stay connected with us as the next chapters of The House of Shubhashish and BKJ Airports unfold.
